Developed by Team Alamouti STBC from BUET, this AI-based system detects illegal parking, unauthorized bus stops, street vendors, license plates, ambulances, and fire trucks from camera footage. It sends violation and location data to traffic authorities, DNCC, and DSCC, helping reduce congestion and improve emergency response.

Developed by Team Catalyst from BUET, DMP Shohayok is an AI-powered police reporting and public safety platform. It converts raw incident descriptions into structured police reports, extracts key details, and provides approved crime hotspot information through a controlled chatbot — reducing paperwork, improving report consistency, and increasing public access to crime-related information.
2nd Runner-up
Developed by Team Dreams of X from Northern University, NagrikAI is a voice-powered civic complaint system for Bangla and English speakers. It converts spoken complaints into structured reports, identifies the issue, location, and priority, then routes the complaint to the relevant authority — designed for elderly citizens and people with limited digital skills.
